Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead quality engineering and automation initiatives for enterprise digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright automation, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and SAS CRM, along with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright.

  • Lead quality engineering and test automation transformation initiatives across enterprise applications.

  • Test digital marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and SAS CRM.

  • Apply functional knowledge of digital marketing platforms to develop effective test strategies and comprehensive test coverage.

  • Define automation strategies, testing standards, and quality engineering best practices.

  • Drive CI/CD adoption and integrate automated testing into deployment pipelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release quality and deliver business-critical programs.

  • Leverage hands-on GenAI experience to support testing innovation and automation improvements.

  • Ensure testing outcomes align with business objectives, customer expectations, and organizational quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and scalable automation framework development.

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Functional knowledge of digital marketing platforms.

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and SAS CRM.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on Generative AI (GenAI) experience.

  • Proven experience leading quality engineering initiatives and automation transformation.

  • Experience with CI/CD integration and release quality improvement.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
