Job Description

A leading global payments organisation is seeking a Technical Product Delivery Manager to drive the deployment of its digital payment solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in Sydney CBD, operating in a hybrid working model (up to 4 days per week in the office or with clients).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own technical product delivery for Click to Pay, Token Authentication, and Secure Card on File initiatives
  • Manage customer implementations end to end, from initial sale and pre-sales support through scoping, solutioning, implementation, and post-launch support
  • Drive technical integration with acquirers, PSPs, and merchants
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to localise and implement digital payment frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with scheme standards and local regulations
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and business teams to define product requirements, user flows, and technical specifications
  • Monitor and optimise product performance, adoption, and customer experience across channels
Your Background
  • Experience working with merchant checkout and digital wallet implementations
  • Background in Technical/Solutions Consulting, Technical Architecture, or Presales Engineering
  • End-to-end delivery engagement experience (discovery > design > implementation > go-live)
  • Payments integration experience (HPP/iframe, REST APIs)
  • Understanding of authentication and security (OAuth 1.0/2.0, asymmetric encryption)
  • Ability to lead client integrations and resolve frontend and backend issues
  • Ability to assess client environments and provide tailored integration guidance
  • Experience collaborating with clients and UX/UI teams to optimise checkout and payment flows
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (a plus, but not essential)
  • Hands-on experience with payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, Chargebee, Chargify)
  • Broader payments ecosystem knowledge (card schemes, tokenisation, wallets, checkout flows)
  • Exposure to Click to Pay or similar products
  • Experience supporting certification and production readiness
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required
