About the role

As a Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy and lifecycle management of key technology products, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences for members and measurable value for the organisation. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will champion a product-led approach, balancing member needs, business priorities and technical opportunities.

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to RACQ's strategic objectives.
  • Lead product discovery activities, including customer research, market analysis and business case development.
  • Use member insights, data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and prioritisation through to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to align priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Establish product governance practices and ensure investment decisions support strategic business goals.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
  • Monitor product performance, communicate progress and champion evidence-based decision making to maximise value realisation.
About you

  • Strong knowledge of contemporary product management practices, including customer-centric design, product discovery and value-based delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop product visions and roadmaps that translate customer and business needs into successful outcomes.
  • Experience using customer insights, research and analytics to drive product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse groups.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with experience working in agile product delivery environments.
