Location: Erie, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) & Inventory Management specialist. This role involves leading the design, configuration, and support of SAP ECC solutions across procurement, materials management, and inventory management. The position partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable and efficient SAP solutions that improve purchasing, goods movement, and operational performance. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is initially remote for 3 to 6 months, with subsequent relocation required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process design and SAP solution delivery for Procure-to-Pay, Materials Management, and Inventory Management processes.
• Configure and support SAP modules including direct and indirect procurement, sub-contracting, master data, and stockroom management.
• Manage inter-company processes, account determination, and support for Account Payables.
• Oversee inter-module dependencies with SAP FI/CO, SD, EWM, PP, QM, and third-party systems.
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Drive process improvements across procurement, receiving, and inventory control workflows.
• Lead the Source-to-Pay workstream during SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams on ABAP development, integration design, and data migration.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Develop test scripts, provide end-user training, and deliver post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience: 15+ years of SAP functional experience in SAP MM, Source-to-Pay, and Inventory & Stockroom Management is required. The candidate must have experience with at least three full SAP implementations or major rollout projects.

Technical Skills: The role requires hands-on configuration experience in end-to-end S2P processes, SAP MM, and Stockroom/IM. Experience is needed with inventory management processes, including physical inventory, stock transfers, and batch/serial management. Knowledge of dependencies with other Logistics & Accounting modules is necessary. Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience with a full ECC to S/4HANA migration.
