Job Description

Brunswick Cove Living Center, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our team. As a Staff LPN you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care and support to our residents. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being and comfort of our residents

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and document care provided
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and self-care
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

  • Valid nursing license (LPN) in the state of employment
  • Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
