Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to lead cloud solution implementations from contract signing through go-live and final client sign-off. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Azure expertise and experience leading implementation projects involving identity management, authentication, user provisioning, and cloud configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities from contract execution through deployment, go-live, and client sign-off.

• Lead Azure implementation projects and coordinate technical activities across project stakeholders.

• Configure and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID solutions.

• Implement and support single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and user provisioning.

• Coordinate cloud configuration, integration, and acceptance testing activities.

• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, technical guides, and project deliverables.

• Develop and deliver training for clients and end users.

• Coordinate issue resolution and ensure implementation requirements are met before go-live.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering cloud solutions.

• 3+ years of experience leading Microsoft Azure projects.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Experience with SSO, MFA, and user provisioning.

• Experience in cloud configuration, implementation, and acceptance testing.

• Strong documentation, communication, training, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to lead implementations through go-live and client acceptance.
