The Role

• Provide solution and technical leadership for programmes, including bids, growth opportunities, and project delivery within the National Security & Defence (NS&D) portfolio.
• Design differentiating and innovative solutions and services that address complex customer business problems.
• Develop innovative approaches and solutions, ensuring quality and credibility align with programme delivery needs.
• Lead solution execution covering design, technical customer engagement, programme innovation, growth, and solution quality.
• Develop solution concepts and high-level narrative material, guiding input from internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and partners.
• Support business growth within the NS&D division by applying domain knowledge to enhance customer value.

What You'll Need

• Experience in defining and maintaining appropriate technical solutions for opportunities or programmes, engaging business stakeholders to understand needs and justify strategies.
• In-depth understanding of technology and technical principles, theories, concepts, and their application across a range of programmes and contexts.
• Broad knowledge of technical capabilities including Cloud, Infrastructure & Networks, Application Development, Data (including database, analytics, AI, ML), ITSM, Cybersecurity, and Automation.
• Experience in designing complex, mission-critical systems and services that meet customer needs within schedule and budget.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executive leadership and articulating technical capability aligned with business challenges.
• Experience conducting technical solution reviews for large programmes and bids.
• Experience within the Defence domain is required.
