About the Role
Join a construction technology company as an Account Executive, owning a greenfield Texas territory and selling visual progress tracking software to general contractors. This full-cycle role combines outbound prospecting with in-person relationship building to grow the business in the US market.
What You'll Do
Source, prospect, and close new business from a named list of general contractors in Texas and across the US.
Build relationships through job site visits, industry events, association participation, and lunch-and-learns.
Make 50 to 100 outbound calls daily, set meetings, and develop pipeline with support from business development and marketing.
Manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, using a land-and-expand approach to grow contract duration and adoption across projects.
Partner with marketing and customer success teams to support a strong customer experience and account growth.
What We're Looking For
Four to eight years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including sales to Tier 1 and Tier 2 general contractors.
Established relationships in the construction industry and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting into named accounts, engaging multiple stakeholders, and managing sales beyond short-cycle transactional deals.
Experience in an early-stage startup and familiarity with HubSpot, power dialers, and AI sales tools.
Based in Texas and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $125,000 to $140,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
