Product Owner Location: Hybrid (Onsite for the first 90 days, then in-office Tuesday through Thursday) Job Type: Full-Time. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience Strong background within the insurance industry Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Expertise managing and prioritizing Agile product backlogs Experience leading sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business objectives into actionable user stories Experience working closely with software development teams
