The Role

• Skillfully prepare and portion fresh products, demonstrating a keen eye for quality and presentation.
• Independently create specialty items using proprietary recipes.
• Implement creative sales and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure outstanding product freshness, appealing presentation, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or the food service industry.
• Open to career changers with existing food handling experience.
• A genuine interest in handling and preparing fresh meat and food products.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail environment.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
