The Opportunity

• Join a leading global financial services firm as part of the expansion of its FX & Interest Rates business.
• Report directly to the Head of Trading.
• Become a key hire in building the firm's global rates platform.
• High level of ownership with the opportunity to shape products, strategy and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and trade corporate interest rate hedging solutions.
• Work across swaps, caps, floors and vanilla rates products.
• Develop and manage structured rates products, including:
• CMS-linked structures
• Range accruals
• Steepeners
• Other bespoke rates solutions
• Partner closely with sales and clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years' experience in Structured Rates Trading or Structuring.
• Strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives and structured products.
• Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Rates experience is essential; exposure to FX is beneficial but not required.
