**Lead Engineer Agentic AI** - W2 Role

Currently Kellton Tech is looking for talented resources for one of our listed Client. Below are the position details

Position: Lead Engineer Agentic AI

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

1. Own end-to-end delivery of complex, scalable engineering solutions across data, APIs, analytics, and user experiences.
2. Partner with product and architecture teams to define requirements, scope, estimates, and technical strategy.
3. Design and build high-performance, cloud-native applications and data platforms on AWS.
4. Architect real-time, batch, synthetic, event-driven, and telemetry-based data generation and pipelines.
5. Drive performance engineering, including profiling, load testing, capacity planning, latency, and throughput optimization.
6. Build robust observability, telemetry, automation, reliability, and operational readiness frameworks.
7. Develop backend and event-driven systems using Node.js/TypeScript and Python, with React/TypeScript for data-intensive interfaces.
8. Design secure, resilient architectures using AWS, Infrastructure as Code, streaming, and distributed systems patterns.
9. Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including LLMs, RAG, anomaly detection, intelligent insights, and production model operationalization.
10. Build agentic AI systems using tool-using agents, orchestration frameworks, MCP, and multi-agent workflows.
11. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and champion scalability, security, performance, reliability, and engineering excellence.
12. Bring 12+ years of experience building mission-critical systems with strong ownership, communication, and delivery focus.
