We are hiring for an impact-driven community organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We work with schools and local authorities to provide tailored support, fostering a positive and creative learning environment.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5, planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners to make a significant difference in their lives.
• Uphold a mission to raise the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitated if needed) and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
