We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Developer with strong hands-on experience in Maximo, SQL, Java development, customization, integrations, and L2/L3 production support.

Required Skills

• IBM Maximo – 5–7+ years
• SQL – Strong hands-on experience
• Java – Experience developing Java classes
• L2/L3 Production Support
• Incident troubleshooting and resolution within SLA
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes
• Maximo application customization
• Maximo workflows, scripts, and escalations
• Maximo configuration including objects, applications, attributes, relationships, and domains
• Java classes and MBO/MboSet extensions
• Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Object Structures and Integration Services
• SQL queries for database reporting and troubleshooting
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Maximo Mobile / Anywhere
• BIRT Reports
• Energy/Utilities domain experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for IBM Maximo issues through ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
• Troubleshoot incidents, meet SLAs, and escalate critical production issues.
• Perform RCA for recurring issues and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Develop and customize Maximo applications, workflows, scripts, and escalations.
• Configure Maximo objects, applications, attributes, relationships, and domains.
• Develop Java classes and MBO/MboSet extensions to implement business rules.
• Build and maintain Maximo integrations using MIF, Object Structures, and Integration Services.
• Develop SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from the Maximo database.
