Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience gathering business requirements and delivering enterprise IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and production releases.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Recommend process improvements and solution enhancements.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA Certification.
• Salesforce or ServiceNow project experience.
