Concur Administrator / Business Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking a hands-on Concur Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to support and manage critical business applications. This role combines application administration, business systems analysis, troubleshooting, and user support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can independently manage Concur operations, collaborate with business stakeholders, and support additional enterprise applications as needed.

• Job Type: Contract (6+ months, potential for long-term extension)
• Location: Remote (PST working hours)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $45 $54 per hour
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You ll Do:

• Administer and support SAP Concur, including user onboarding, offboarding, system configurations, and application changes.
• Create, extract, and maintain reports within Concur to support business and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot application issues, integrations, and inbound Tier 1 3 support tickets.
• Coordinate with SAP Concur support and managed service providers (MSPs) to investigate and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Perform business systems analysis and provide administration and support for additional general and administrative (G&A) applications as needed.

What Gets You the Job:

• 3 5 years of hands-on SAP Concur administration experience, including user management, configuration, and application support.
• 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst experience.
• Experience generating reports, troubleshooting integrations, and resolving application support issues.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn, administer, and support additional enterprise business applications.
