seeking a Functional UAT Lead – Automation to design, build, and lead a scalable test automation framework for ERP UAT and regression testing.
This role will establish automation capabilities from the ground up, including framework design, CI/CD integration, and script development, while supporting UAT execution across financial and operational domains.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a record-and-play automation position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a secure, scalable automation framework for ERP testing
• Build automation for:
• UAT smoke tests
• Regression testing for feature releases
• Integration validation scenarios
• Develop scripts using modern programming languages (not record/playback tools)
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git-based workflows)
• Establish:
• Test data handling strategies (including masking and synthetic data)
• Version control and branching strategies
• Automate end-to-end business scenarios across:
• P2P, O2C, GL, and other ERP modules
• Collaborate with Functional UAT Leads to:
• Identify high-value automation candidates
• Convert manual scripts into reusable automation assets
• Implement reporting and dashboards for:
• Test execution results
• Automation coverage
• Ensure framework supports parallel execution and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in QA/Test Automation
• Strong programming experience in one or more:
• Java, Python, or C#
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Hands-on experience with:
• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress (or equivalent)
• Experience integrating automation with:
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience with:
• API testing (Postman, REST frameworks)
• Data validation (SQL)

ERP & Functional Experience

• Experience automating workflows in:
• ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, CGI Advantage preferred)
• Understanding of:
• P2P, O2C, and financial transaction flows
• Ability to automate end-to-end business scenarios, not just UI steps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public sector ERP implementations
• Exposure to:
• Cloud-based ERP platforms
• Data migration and validation automation
• Familiarity with:
• Performance testing tools (nice-to-have)

Overview
Seeking a Functional UAT Lead – Finance & Controllership to drive UAT execution across core financial modules in an ERP implementation (CGI Advantage or similar). This role is responsible for validating financial integrity, accounting controls, and reporting accuracy across all finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAT execution for:
• General Ledger (GL) & Financial Reporting
• Budgeting & Commitment Control
• Fixed Assets & Capital Accounting
• Treasury & Cash Management
• Validate:
• Journal entries, posting logic, and financial statements
• Budget controls, fund accounting, and appropriations
• Asset lifecycle (capitalization, depreciation, disposal)
• Develop and execute end-to-end financial test scenarios
• Perform and support:
• Trial balance validation
• Sub-ledger to GL reconciliation
• Support data conversion testing, including:
• Validation of migrated balances (beginning balances, roll-forwards)
• Financial reconciliation between legacy and target systems
• Work with data teams during:
• Mock conversions (Mock 1, Mock 2, Dress Rehearsal)
• Validate key controls:
• Approval workflows
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Support defect triage and resolution for finance-related issues

Required Qualifications
