Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with strong expertise in payroll configuration, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions and serving as the functional lead for payroll transformation initiatives. The role focuses primarily on Payroll rather than broader SuccessFactors modules.

Required Skills & Experience
Atleast 15+ years of SAP Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience.
Minimum 2 full-cycle Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP),Payroll Schemas,PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules,Wage Types,Payroll Control Center (PCC), Retroactive Accounting, Payroll Posting,Payroll Reconciliation and Payroll Error Analysis
Experience with EC-ECP replication and payroll integrations.
Strong understanding of payroll processing lifecycle and statutory payroll requirements.
Experience with payroll testing, cutover planning, and go-live support.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and payroll teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
