Interim Project Manager - Civils FMCG Lampeter Outside IR35 £750 a day Expected start date: November 2026 Duration: 9 to 12 months An experienced Interim Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background is required for a food factory extension project.

This senior position will oversee the construction lifecycle, from initial groundworks to structural handover, within a live FMCG manufacturing environment. The successful Interim Project Manager will ensure all civil works are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest food safety standards.

You will need to have availability for the full project duration, as well as hold the following certification / skills: Highly experienced Project Manager delivering civil engineering and industrial CapEx builds, ideally within food or FMCG.<br />Chartered Status (e.g.

CEng, MICE, or CIOB) or senior APM/Prince2 qualifications.<br />Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.<br />Confident user of Microsoft packages such as SharePoint, Teams and Excel<br />Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills when leading high-value, high-profile capital projects.
