About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Syniti Developer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Syniti/BackOffice, SQL, Python, Shell, ETL concepts along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 3+ years hands-on experience developing with Syniti/BackOffice Associates (data migration, data quality, or MDM projects).
• Strong experience configuring Syniti components: mappings, transforms, templates, and connectors.
• Practical knowledge of ETL concepts, data mapping, data modeling, and data quality rules.
• Familiarity with source/target systems (SAP ECC/S4, Oracle, Salesforce) and common data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Experience with scripting (Python, Shell, or JavaScript) for automation and integration tasks.
• Solid understanding of data governance, change management, and audit controls.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
