Site Manager Wind Turbine Projects | Rostock, Germany | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a leading global company in the renewable energy sector, renowned for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. The Role

  • Take full on-site responsibility for wind turbine construction projects from delivery through commissioning, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution.
  • Support Project Managers with planning, site setup, execution, scheduling, cost control, and project reporting.
  • Coordinate and supervise civil and electrical works, manage resources, and ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead subcontractors, service providers, installation teams, and other site personnel, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental, and technical requirements, and manage risks effectively.

What You'll Need

  • Technical or master craftsman qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in construction site management, preferably in wind energy or similar large-scale technical projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (ideally MS Project) and fluent English (B2 level CEFR) with basic German (B1 level).
  • A structured, assertive, and solution-oriented approach with a high sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally to neighboring countries.
  • Preparedness for multi-week site assignments, including occasional Saturday work.
