The Role

• Answer inbound sales calls from various customer tiers.
• Provide quotes for multiple product lines and services and convert them into orders.
• Identify opportunities for future business growth and customer retention.
• Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate handling of customer requests.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products and services.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Highly proficient in technology and able to adapt to system changes.
• Strong sales competencies, including objection handling, closing techniques, and negotiation.
• Excellent active listening skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to research customer businesses and proactively identify challenges and opportunities.
