Job Description

8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong technical skills and a proven ability to independently design, develop, and deliver software applications.
Strong industry experience with a primary focus on Microsoft technologies and the .NET ecosystem.
Hands-on experience developing applications using:

C#
.NET 8+
ASP.NET MVC
ASP.NET Web API / REST APIs

Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance optimization, and database design.
Good understanding of software design principles and design patterns is preferred.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Advanced knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, rebasing, merging, pull requests, and submodules.
Experience leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, conducting technical reviews, and providing technical direction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, analyze root causes, and drive issues through resolution.
Experience working in a cloud environment such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
