Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy for our Manufacturing organization within Human Resources & Talent Management. This role designs, implements, and governs salary structures, incentive plans, executive and sales compensation, and pay-for-performance programs aligned to Marvin's people first culture. The Director will lead market benchmarking, job architecture, pay equity reviews, and compensation analytics, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and business leaders. You will advise senior leadership, support organizational growth, and ensure competitive, compliant, and sustainable rewards programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy aligned with Marvin's business and people-first culture.
  • Design, implement, and maintain salary structures, job architecture, and pay bands for manufacturing and corporate roles.
  • Oversee annual merit, promotion, and incentive planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and governance.
  • Develop and manage executive, variable, and sales compensation programs that drive performance and retention.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Lead ongoing pay equity, compliance, and FLSA classification reviews and remediation plans.
  • Provide strategic consultation to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on offers, promotions, and organizational design.
  • Develop compensation dashboards, analytics, and reporting for HR and business leadership.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management on performance, recognition, and total rewards communication strategies.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing compensation team and promote continuous improvement in processes and tools.
