Job Title: Enterprise AI Lead
Location: Edison,NJ / Hybrid

Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise AI Lead with a strong technical background and proven leadership capabilities to drive the organization’s enterprise-wide AI initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the AI strategy, identifying high-value business opportunities, and leading the architecture, development, deployment, and governance of enterprise-scale AI solutions.
This role will bridge business objectives and technology capabilities to deliver measurable value through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of overall technology leadership experience, with 5+ years of AI/ML leadership experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI transformation programs.
Experience building and managing cross-functional AI and data teams.
Experience working with senior executives and business leaders to establish enterprise AI roadmaps and investment priorities.
