Service Advisor

At Splend, we're on a mission to fundamentally change the way people own and operate a vehicle. With a strategic focus on rideshare, we provide our customers with straightforward, no-strings-attached access to vehicle ownership. But we aren't just about vehicle ownership. We're also fast-tracking the transition to green mobility, leading the way globally in reducing the carbon footprint of the transportation sector by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.

You'll be excited to work in this role if...

• You love the satisfaction of giving a customer a straight, honest quote and the skill to explain why the work matters without ever feeling like a pushy salesperson.
• You want to earn commission on upsells, on top of your base pay
• You want ownership of a real commercial outcome - not just processing jobs, but shaping the revenue and reputation of a busy workshop.

About the role

As Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our workshop. You'll take on the jobs that need real judgement - assessing vehicles, building quotes, upselling where it's genuinely warranted, and seeing each job through to a smooth handover. It's a role where trust and commercial performance go hand in hand.
