Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Long-term

Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers who are currently on the bench or immediately available for upcoming U.S. project opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, integrations, and platform support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Work with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
  • Configure and enhance ITSM/ITOM modules.
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
  • Participate in testing, deployments, and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and JavaScript.
  • Experience with ITSM and/or ITOM.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and workflows.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bench / immediate availability strongly preferred.
