The Chief Digital Information Office delivers complex, high-value products and platforms that support HMRC's strategic goals and improve outcomes for millions of users. We work in multidisciplinary teams using modern Agile delivery practices to deliver services at scale and improve outcomes for users.
As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the effective delivery of complex, high-risk digital services across multiple teams or initiatives. You will shape delivery approaches, manage systemic risks and dependencies, and act as a primary escalation point for delivery challenges.
You will play a critical role in improving delivery confidence, capability and outcomes.

Using expert Agile and Lean delivery practices, you will tailor approaches to context, coach Delivery Managers and teams, and work with senior stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges and manage trade-offs.
Operating across programmes or portfolios, you will influence delivery strategy, stakeholder alignment and capability development. You will act as the main escalation point for delivery risks, issues and dependencies that sit beyond the control of individual teams, reporting to a Head of Delivery or equivalent senior leader.
