This position supports all New York and New Jersey territories. A New York-based candidate is preferred. Jorgensen Laboratories LLC, a specialty instruments, capital equipment, and medical supply company is seeking a proactive, experienced, energetic, and creative individual to serve as Regional Sales Manager for the New York/New Jersey territory. This role reports to the National Sales Manager.
Position Overview
Drive demand generation and grow sales within the assigned territory. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and budget objectives. Promote and sell equipment and supplies through distributor partners to veterinary clinics. Support and train distributor representatives as needed to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Attend regional distributor sales meetings and actively participate in training events. Plan and coordinate seminars, educational programs, and continuing education (CE) events for targeted veterinarians.
Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary schools, including faculty and students. Provide regular market insights and performance feedback to management. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio and service offerings. Represent Jorgensen Laboratories at industry trade shows, conferences, and professional meetings. Prepare and deliver presentations at National Sales Meetings. Provide input and feedback on marketing programs and materials to support strategic initiatives. Travel overnight as required (approximately 25–50%). Who is Jorgensen Laboratories?

Pay and Benefits
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location.

Requirements
Experience: 6 to 10 years’ relevant experience.
Animal health industry experience is non-negotiable.
Proven experience building, managing, and strengthening distributor partner relationships.
Demonstrated track record of consistent sales success and progression in roles with increasing responsibility.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to achieve goals independently with minimal supervision.
Solid understanding of the clinical, operational, and business aspects of veterinary practice.
Familiarity with social media and digital/web-based marketing strategies.
Experience using cloud-based CRM systems, sales tracking, and data management tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and applicable insurance.
