Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

About the Role

Join a New Jersey legal services team supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. You will work closely with practice leaders and manage active matters with substantial independence.

What You'll Do

• Order and review title commitments and surveys, and help resolve title objections.

• Prepare closing documents, maintain closing checklists, and coordinate funds flow for commercial acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing transactions.

• Manage due diligence, entity documents, and estoppels across multiple matters.

• Coordinate post-closing recordings, filings, and follow-up items.

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and title companies.

What We're Looking For

• Five or more years of recent, continuous commercial real estate paralegal experience at a law firm, with transactional experience in New Jersey.

• Hands-on experience with title, surveys, and commercial closings, including independently managing matters from opening through post-closing.

• Experience beyond residential closings, with a broad understanding of commercial real estate transactions.

• Land use experience is relevant alongside transactional real estate work.

• Strong attention to detail, polished written work, and a stable employment history.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in Roseland, New Jersey, United States.
