Description

Sales and Trading Project Manager requirements:

  • The project Manager will be assisting the business to align with industry standards, best practices, regulatory expectations, and evolving customer needs in the Sales and Trading Space.
  • Act as the primary interface between Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors and lead co-ordination to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Lead and manage sales and trading projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
  • Ensure projects align with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales, trading, and other departments.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of technology and business change initiatives.
  • Manager project financials, document project plans, timelines, and outcomes for future reference.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within projects.

Profile

A successful Sales and Trading Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing projects in Capital Markets, ideally Sales and Trading.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services including front-to-back processes and the regulatory environment preferably within the Sales & Trading business.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A good understanding of sales and trading processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £120,000, dependent on the level of experience.
