Remedial Project Manager – Cladding Remediation East London & North West London Salary:

Up to £90,000 + Package Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex façade and cladding remediation projects We are seeking a highly motivated Remedial Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential cladding remediation schemes across East London and North West London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of fire safety and building remediation works.

The Role Reporting to the Contracts Director, you will take full responsibility for managing cladding remediation and fire safety projects from mobilisation through to practical completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

Leading the delivery of external wall and cladding remediation projects. Managing programme, budgets, procurement, and site teams. Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, residents, and client stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, Building Safety Act requirements, and current industry standards.

Monitoring project progress and implementing solutions to minimise risks and delays. Managing health & safety performance across all projects. Producing regular reports for senior management and clients. Driving quality assurance and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering cladding remediation, façade, envelope, or major refurbishment projects. Strong knowledge of fire remediation works, external wall systems, and building safety legislation. Experience managing occupied residential buildings.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What's on Offer Salary of up to £90,000 depending on experience. Car allowance or company vehicle.
