Job Description

I am currently working with an active and well funded, Investor and Developer operating within the living space as they look to appoint a Development Manager. The company take an opportunistic and entrepreneurial approach to their projects covering BTR, PBSA, and Co-Living with a focus on the London Markets. They have several live schemes and have recently agreed a new funding agreement to acquire and deliver more schemes.

The Development Manager role would see you work across the full lifecycle, however, they would ideally like someone with a project management background who is looking to gain more exposure and insight into the early stages and phases. Working within a small team, you would get excellent exposure to schemes and be able to take ownership across projects.

Being an entrepreneurial business, they are looking for the right profile fit and a genuinely motivated self starter. If you have 5 plus years’ experience working across Development or Project Management within the living sector and are looking to join an exciting and active Developer, this is an excellent opportunity.
