You'll meet with homeowners from our existing customer base, understand their needs, and recommend plumbing solutions that improve their homes. No hard sales closing or prior plumbing experience required! That's exactly what our training is for.

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable recommending solutions to homeowners

• Motivated to learn a new trade and develop sales skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to safely handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments

• Inspect plumbing systems and identify opportunities to improve or replace outdated equipment

• Educate customers on available plumbing solutions

• Present options that fit the customer's needs and budget

• Build trust and guide homeowners through the buying process

• Work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Base salary plus commissions.
