The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets promptly to ensure optimal application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and anticipate potential faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications accurately through a digital change control system.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for all upgrades and significant modifications prior to deployment.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License.
• Proven experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with commercial fire systems (e.g., Bosch, Silent Knight, Simplex, Notifier) and a plus for NICET certification or State Fire License.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
