The Role

• Lead strategic sourcing and recruitment efforts for technology roles.
• Partner with IT leaders and HR to understand talent needs and extend competitive offers.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies based on current technology trends.
• Ensure a positive and "legendary" candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.
