The CloudVDI Engineer provides engineering and operational support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and enterprise VDI environments. The role ensures reliable session performance, image integrity, and integration across cloud and on-prem resources. Responsibilities
-Configure, deploy, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
-Support VDI image creation, optimization, and performance tuning
-Troubleshoot user session issues, connectivity, and profile management
-Coordinate OS, application, and security updates across VDI systems
-Maintain documentation and support change management activities Qualifications
-Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or other VDI platforms
-Familiarity with cloud networking, identity, and storage integration
-TS/SCI with polygraph required ------------------------
