This role is built for someone who wants to focus on clients and production—not spend their time chasing cold leads or figuring everything out alone.

You’ll meet with prospective buyers and sellers, conduct property appointments, understand their goals, guide them through the transaction, negotiate offers, and build relationships that can lead to repeat business and referrals. What success looks like at 6 months
