The Role

• Provide comprehensive monitoring and nursing care for intensive care patients.
• Administer and oversee life-sustaining measures including ventilation, infusion therapy, and medication.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and monitors.
• Identify critical changes in patient status and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Collaborate closely with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Offer empathetic support to patients and their families during challenging times.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse with a specialization in intensive care and anesthesiology.
• Several years of experience in ventilation and respiratory therapy in an intensive care setting.
• Proficiency in patient monitoring (ECG, invasive blood pressure, SpO2).
• Strong sense of responsibility and confident action in emergency scenarios.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
