Children's Residential Support Worker | Burford, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £36,274 - £42,640 This employer is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team, dedicated to making a significant positive impact on the lives of young people. This rewarding role offers the chance to guide children through daily challenges and celebrate their successes, helping them to develop into well-rounded adults. The Role • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in a residential setting. • Assist with daily routines, including school readiness, homework help, and activity planning. • Document progress and observations accurately. • Engage young people in enjoyable activities during evenings and weekends. • Foster a supportive and nurturing environment tailored to individual needs and potential. What You'll Need • A positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong team-player mentality. • High levels of honesty and empathy for the care of young people. • Resilience to effectively manage challenging situations. • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months. • Willingness to undertake a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already held.
