The Role • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in a residential setting. • Assist with daily routines, including school readiness, homework help, and activity planning. • Document progress and observations accurately. • Engage young people in enjoyable activities during evenings and weekends. • Foster a supportive and nurturing environment tailored to individual needs and potential. What You'll Need • A positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong team-player mentality. • High levels of honesty and empathy for the care of young people. • Resilience to effectively manage challenging situations. • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months. • Willingness to undertake a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already held.
