The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave enterprise network environment. • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including patching, routine maintenance, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies. • Troubleshoot PKI, RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management tools/systems for local and remote customers. • Train remote Trusted Agents on PKI-related duties. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines for the Identity and Access Management (IdAM) function. • Mentor junior team members and update troubleshooting documentation. What You'll Need • Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts, including token card and soft certificate usage. • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IdAM) technical areas, including RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards, concepts, and tools. • Experience managing and troubleshooting 2FA solutions, including token cards and soft certificates. • Proficiency in using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool for incident and request management. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse customer groups.
