Job Description

We are seeking an AI & Engineering Transformation Lead with strong consultative, stakeholder-facing, and transformation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure, and modern data platforms, along with the ability to independently lead discovery, identify business opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes.

The role will focus on helping engineering and industrial organizations identify and implement AI-driven transformation opportunities while demonstrating tangible business value within the first 60 90 days.

Responsibilities

U.S.-based resource (remote is fine).
Strong consultative and stakeholder-facing skills.
Experience with AI, Agentic AI, Copilot, Azure, and Data platforms.
Ability to lead discovery workshops, gather requirements, and drive outcomes
independently.
Exposure to Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, or Industrial
domains.
Capable of demonstrating business value within the first 60-90 days.
Success in this role is expected to open additional opportunities across AI,
Engineering Intelligence, Data, and broader digital transformation initiatives.
