Cloud Native Customer Engineer

Cloud Native / Portworx is one of Everpure's fastest-growing service lines in APJ, underpinning our broader Enterprise Data Cloud and Cloud & App Modernization strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Everpure is scaling its Cloud Native / Portworx (PX) service business across APJ, and we are looking for an experienced Cloud Native Customer Engineer to support delivery and ongoing operations for our growing base of Portworx customers in Australia and New Zealand.
• Based in Sydney, you will be the primary hands-on technical resource embedded with customers and delivery teams for Portworx Enterprise, PX-Backup, PX-DR, and modern virtualization (KubeVirt) engagements - supporting everything from design workshops and deployment through day-2 operations and break/fix support. You will work closely with Delivery Architects, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Everpure's Certified Delivery Partner (CDP) ecosystem to ensure customers get maximum value from their Portworx investment.
• This is a proactive, customer-facing, problem-solving role for someone who is comfortable working directly in customer production Kubernetes environments, mastering containerization and DevOps practices, and troubleshooting complex, mission-critical infrastructure under pressure.
