Job Title: Legal Finance & Data Analyst

Schedule: Three days per week - 24 hours per week

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably at a law firm
• SurePoint/LMS, Aderant, 3E, or equivalent accounting software experience is a plus
• Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus
• Demonstrated Excel knowledge, including MATCH, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively
• Professional discretion and an understanding of data confidentiality in a legal environment
• Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and strong critical thinking skills
