The Role

• Operate machinery for medical device production, including loading and unloading components.
• Perform manual assembly of various parts and sub-assemblies.
• Sort, package, and prepare finished products for distribution.
• Monitor and ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production standards.
• Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training and initial experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to quality, cleanliness, and meticulous work habits.
• Flexibility with shift work, typically involving two shifts.
• Proficiency in spoken and written German.
