Landscape Designer / Outside Sales Consultant - $150K-$300K+

Job Description
Sequoia Outdoor Design & Build — San Mateo County’s Outdoor Living Specialist — is expanding our elite sales team. We’re looking for a high-performance closer who thrives on selling big-ticket outdoor living projects to affluent homeowners across the Bay Area.

Monthly & quarterly bonuses

~ Capture site measurements and prepare 2D/3D design concepts
(we’ll train you on our tools and process)
Present solutions & pricing on follow-up Google Meet sessions
Sell complete outdoor living projects including: pavers (driveways/patios/walkways), turf/putting greens, retaining & freestanding walls, outdoor kitchens/BBQ islands, pergolas, fire features, landscape lighting, water features, and more
Collaborate with our experienced Project Management team ( you ONLY sell — no build oversight )
2–5+ years in outside sales
~ Ability to learn our design software (ArcSite, SketchUp, VizTerra, etc. — Able to consistently execute a structured sales process
