Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives involving application implementations, integrations, stakeholder management, governance, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, manage project delivery from planning through deployment, coordinate business and IT stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of large-scale transformation programs.

This role requires strong experience in managing complex stakeholder environments, enterprise integrations, deployment and cutover activities, leadership communications, project governance, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

•             Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects and strategic initiatives.

•             Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.

•             Drive project execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

•             Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.

•             Lead project governance activities and facilitate decision-making with key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

•             Manage and influence large groups of stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and leadership teams.

•             Coordinate communication across multiple functional areas and delivery teams.

•             Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and project status meetings.

•             Build strong partnerships with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.

•             Escalate risks, dependencies, and critical issues to appropriate leadership channels.

Program & Integration Management

•             Oversee multiple system integrations and cross-functional technology workstreams.

•             Coordinate integration planning, testing, deployment readiness, and production support activities.

•             Manage dependencies between business, application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

•             Ensure successful execution of enterprise application implementations and modernization initiatives.

Deployment & Cutover Management

•             Lead deployment planning, cutover readiness, and transition-to-support activities.

•             Coordinate release schedules and implementation milestones across project teams.

•             Develop deployment strategies, rollback plans, and contingency procedures.

•             Monitor post-deployment stabilization and issue resolution activities.

Reporting & Executive Communication

•             Develop executive-level project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.

•             Provide clear visibility into project health, risks, financials, milestones, and resource utilization.

•             Present project progress and recommendations to senior leadership and executives.

•             Support portfolio governance and strategic reporting requirements.

Agile Project Delivery

•             Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Delivery Teams to ensure successful execution.

•             Facilitate Agile ceremonies and program-level planning activities when required.

•             Track sprint progress, release schedules, and delivery metrics.

•             Support hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Required Qualifications

•             Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

•             7+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives.

•             Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors.

•             Experience leading enterprise software implementations and system integration projects.

•             Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.

•             Experience providing executive and leadership-level project reporting.

•             Demonstrated success managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Preferred Qualifications

•             Experience managing deployment, release, and cutover activities for enterprise programs.

•             Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.

•             PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

•             Experience working within PMO governance frameworks.

•             Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or ERP initiatives.
