Job Description

The assignment is to establish what the company needs to know before it designs a recovery solution. This person will interview business, development, and IT operations teams; identify which functions are essential to keep the business running; inventory the applications that support them; trace how those applications connect and what they depend on; and document the findings clearly in Confluence. A strong candidate would likely be a hands-on business systems specialist with business impact analysis experience.

They need enough technical depth to ask whether order entry relies on a particular database, server, identity service, DNS record, integration, or vendor - and enough business judgment to understand why order entry matters before marketing analytics. Strong documentation skills.
