Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid GRC Analyst to join their team in Oakwood, GA. The Security Analyst, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) supports the cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, third-party risk, audit readiness, cybersecurity roadmap governance, AI governance, business continuity and disaster recovery governance, and security awareness programs. This role maintains risk registers, control documentation, compliance evidence, policy exceptions, third-party assessments, GRC tool data, metrics, and executive-ready reporting.

The role works with Cybersecurity, IT, Legal, Procurement, HR, Audit, Plant Operations, and business stakeholders to help document, communicate, and track cybersecurity risk and remediation across enterprise IT, cloud, critical applications, and OT environments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field required
  • Professional certifications such as Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), CISA, CRISC, CGRC, ISO 27001, or equivalent certifications preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, compliance, audit, information security, third-party risk, or related disciplines required
  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessments, audits, control testing, evidence management, GRC platforms, or workflow tools preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food production, critical infrastructure, or highly regulated environments preferred
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, policy management, control frameworks, risk exception processes, and third-party risk management
  • Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, SOC 2, BCP, DR, BIA, AI governance, and OT/ICS cybersecurity considerations
  • Ability to interpret policies, standards, contractual requirements, regulatory guidance, customer security requirements, and audit requests
  • Ability to maintain risk registers, evidence repositories, remediation trackers, roadmap reports, governance materials, dashboards, and executive-facing presentations
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, organization, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM, Archer IRM, Riskonnect or similar solutions preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
