Overview

Senior Workday Core HCM Developer/Consultant responsible for configuration, integrations, business processes, security, reporting, and production support. Partners with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM and business processes.
• Analyze requirements and implement Workday solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Configure security, roles, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support end users.
• Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployments.
• Support data validation, EIB data loads, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams on enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of Workday Core HCM experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and Business Process Configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security, Calculated Fields, and Custom/Advanced Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with EIB and Workday integrations/data interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting production Workday environments and end users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, or Payroll.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Workday certification is a plus.
